Dean Tahtinen, PT

1989 graduate of Grand Valley State University. He has extensive knowledge of orthopedic manual therapy, sports injury rehabilitation, industrial rehabilitation and ergonomics. He is a level one professional ski instructor and a "D" licensed soccer coach. Dean is also trained in the manufacture of Fastech Orthotics and can offer custom Orthotics in less than an hour.

James Wade, Ergonomic Specialist

1977 graduate of Ferris State University with a BS degree in Health Services Management. His experience in industrial education allows him to offer a unique comprehensive assessment of ergonomic problems. He has functioned as an injury prevention consultant for many companies throughout Michigan.

1983 Graduate of Mayo School of Health Sciences Physical Therapy Program in Rochester, MN. Employed by Northern Michigan Hospital from 1983 – 1998. Came to First Choice Physical Therapy in 2004.

1997 Graduate of Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield, IL with an Associates degree in Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She specializes in functional orthopedics while applying up to date kinesio-taping techniques to decrease pain.
